Todd Tucker - President
Todd is a founding partner of Pinnacle West Homes. He has been in the residential home building and development business for 25 years. He oversees acquisition and development, finance, entitlements, marketing and sales. Todd was the founder and CEO of Cornerstone Homes. From 1996 - 2008 Cornerstone built hundreds of homes and developed more than 3,000 lots. Todd is a keen strategist who identifies and capitalizes on unique niche opportunities to diversify and grow business. Todd is a native Arizonan. He has nurtured and developed key relationships in the local industry.

Jordan Hatch - Vice president
Jordan is one of the founding partners of Pinnacle West Homes. He is a licensed general contractor. He is responsible for the purchasing, contracting, and supervising all aspects of vertical construction and horizontal development. Jordan has been in the construction industry for 17 years. In 1995, he joined Bowman Brothers Concrete working on both residential and large commercial and street improvements. He worked at Pulte Homes as a Superintendent and Project Manager. Jordan joined Cornerstone Homes in 2005 and worked as a Project Manager in Land Development and eventually became Director of Construction. Jordan graduated from Arizona State University. He is fluent in Spanish.

Leah Thompson - Controller
Leah joined Pinnacle West Home in 2013 and is a native Arizonan. She began her real estate and accounting experience with Todd at Cornerstone Homes and worked in many different aspects of homebuilding including real estate sales, administration, banking, accounting, purchasing and closing coordinator. She has been in the homebuilding and construction industry for 19 years. Leah graduated with a Bachelor's in finance from Arizona State University and is also a Designated Broker in the State of Arizona.

Robert Stapley - Sales/Marketing Director
Robert has worked full time in the New Home Building and Development Business for 30 years. 14 of those years were spent in Direct New Home Sales and 16 years working in Product Development, Project Design, Sales Training, Sales Management and New Home Marketing Strategies. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and has 35 years as a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona. Born and raised in the Phoenix area, Robert is a 5th generation Arizonan.
