A Builder’s Story

Pinnacle West Homes began in 2009. The Arizona home building industry was in the middle of a historic downturn. Homebuilders were struggling and devastated by the nation-wide financial crisis and plummeting real estate values. Todd Tucker, a native Arizonan and being very experienced in the industry, saw an opportunity and determined that it was the perfect time to launch a new home building company, Pinnacle West Homes! The dream to provide a unique, value-based single-family home to his customers. To realize this dream, we put together a “Best-in-Class” team! The key to success was to bring together a talented, dedicated and creative team. Our team has over 85 combined years of successful construction and real estate sales experience; from friendly sales associates to seasoned field superintendents to our senior management team. The Pinnacle West Homes mission statement is simple - to pursue Excellence and Value for our Homeowners, Partners and Shareholders, while adhering to our three governing values that influence what we do and how we do it.
